No apology. No help in finding my medication. While I understand they are in the business of making money, I also think they should be in the business of taking care of customers. I'm unsure why a pharmacist would deny a diabetic their medication with no warning or further explanation than we "lose money." I am terrified of needles and every time before he gives me the shot, he'll say, "close your eyes," as he shakes my cheek back and forth so I really don't feel it. That's my least favorite part and he makes it 100% tolerable. His staff are all extremely nice and have been there for years. That gets a thumbs up in my book too! As you wait in the chair they give you the TV remote control and let you watch whatever you want to, which I love. One more thing to keep my mind off the fact that I'm at the dentist.
