I don't mind making the appointments on line, but when there is a problem that you may actually need to speak with a person, I found it impossible. The phone system is set up to where there isn't any way to speak with someone and if there is a way it is!!! definitely not clear through the prompts that are presented on the phone. I have a had labs drawn for over a month now and my doctor has yet to receive the results. I believe I should be able to call Quest and resolve the situation over the phone, but that has been impossible. So my husband went to Quest and asked them to send the results to my doctor and he still has not received them. I now have a new fax number and someone's attention to send my labs, but I have no way to speak with someone on the telephone, so that I once again do not have to drive to the lab to give them this information! I don't even know who and/or how to talk with to resolve this situation!!!

I was sent here by my company as a healthcare professional to receive pre employment lab work. As a healthcare professional myself I am appalled by the blatant disrespect I received & I would NEVER speak to a patient the way I was spoke to here. I will be informing my company of this and advising against using Quest in the future. I highly suggest the company address the severe need for re-education on proper communication & respect that is owed to all patients. Though I personally will never set a foot inside one of their facilities again.
