This lab is located right on the main highway of Cabedelo (The Trans-Amazonian Highway, which starts less than 100 meters away), so it's easily accessible by car & public transportation. The nurse/phlebotomist who draws blood is the best--of all the people who have stuck me with a sharp object, she does it more painlessly than anyone else (and I've donated blood over 60 times).
