The rep looked at air conditioner and told me it had to be cleaned, then started to leave. This took a total of 5 minutes. I told him that since he was paid to be here for an hour he could do something! He did not offer to check the system on the outside, I asked him to do this. Needless to say, he was out in less than 20 minutes. It took him 10 to write up the bill! I can't believe he had the Carrier name on his truck. You'd figure he would be more proffesional. Omid quoted me 75$ for a service call while all the other ones quoted me between 150$-200$. Their technician was in the are and came within 30 min. while the other ones could not come before another 2-3 days. He came, checked and told me the gaz pressure was too low. He added some gaz for 150$. I knew that recycled gaz is not produced anymore, but only recycled and resold and therefore, it's more expensive every year. Problem was fixed easily and the air got colder within a few minutes. Do I recommend them? Absolutely.
