We are both fond of Benedict's so we were pleased that there were plenty of options for us to choose from. I had the Crab Cake Benedict, as expected it was most likely a frozen crab cake (I NEVER expect fresh or lumped crab) but it was very nicely seasoned and the entire meal came perfectly hot. This is a nice place for brunch, but the service was friendly and helpful, but a little slow for a Sunday afternoon, even thoughthey didn't look too busy. Stopped here for Sunday brunch with the wife since it is across from our new neighborhood in Viridian. It was 1000, and there was plenty of seating. Our server, Misty, came over immediately to take our drink orders. For our meal, I ordered the Salmon Benedict with potatoes. It took almost thirty minutes before our food arrived, which was way too long considering the few people that were there. The Benedict was really good, but the egg was overcooked with very little runny yolk. The atmosphere was very pleasant with a friendly staff. The location is pretty. Looks very similar to the townhouse brunch place in Colleyville. I went on a not-busy Tues and the place had plenty of room. This place was really cute on the inside. I'm a french toast woman so I order it all the time. The french toast here is really good but more on the wet side. The bread is thick but in a good way. The breakfast bowl was good though I didn't care for the type of sausage in there. Think it was the sausage crumbles but the hash browns and veggies were well seasoned. I'll start with location I love the area so that's a perfect spot. I came on a early Friday morning so me and my boyfriend were able to get in and sit right down. No wait at all. The place is beautiful very modern and very clean. I got the Arnold Palmer and boyfriend got sweet tea no complaints there. Now I ordered an omelette with add one that was good and it came with toast or croissant the top of the croissant was soft but the bottom was kind of hard that was odd. I then wanted French toast but it was no substitution so I had to order that on the side and then my boyfriend ordered chicken fried chicken which he got eggs and then fries. He said the chicken was fried too hard but the eggs were good (which is a lot got him as he is not an egg eater) and fries along with gravy was also food. Now the price to me was a bit much for a breakfast spot. When the French toast said two we didn't think it would be two pieces of bread split into 2 which made it 4 or else me and my boyfriend wouldn't have both ordered it as we didn't even eat it. $71 to me is a lot for two people for breakfast but we tried. The food was very very good. My friend and I got some avocado toast and a yogurt bowl which were both very delicious but it took them almost an hour to get it to us at a seemingly slow time. We're trying to get out and about more often with our precious little (very high maintenance) peanut toddler. We're masochists, so naturally Saturday brunch was the challenge we chose. I wondered/worried if it might be one of those instagrammy restaurants (focused on visual aesthetics and not much else) but was happy to find more than a cute spot for photos. Our hostess sat us right away and brought a highchair. Our waiter was exceptionally kind and the perfect level of attentive. Our food was delicious! Jon had the salmon bagel and lox (lovely and fresh), and I had the Farmers breakfast bowl: "hashbrowns smothered with your choice of crumbled sausage, bacon pieces, chorizo or ham with sauteed onion and peppers, topped with 2 eggs cooked to order and shredded cheese." I chose sausage, chorizo, and eggs over medium. So good! It also came with a side of toast, and I got the gluten free for a $3 upcharge. I love that they offer it and give you two pieces (4 halves), but unfortunately it was served a bit cold. I imagine they keep it frozen (that's how it goes with GF breads), so it just needed toasted a bit longer! Winnie had a side of bacon which was stellar.. super smokey and yummy. The chicken and waffle wasn't the best as the waffle was a little too dense for me. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles. The manager checked on us at the door to ensure someone was taking care of us. She then said to see her if anything is not to our liking. I was visiting the DFW area for the Woman Evolve Conference and stopped here for brunch. BEST decision hands down. The food was soooo delicious and the service was wonderful. The ambiance was great! Ok this place is giving beautiful ambience but they don't have the adequate amount of staff for busy days like Sunday/ Saturday they don't accept reservations and expect for you to wait in the tiny waiting area or outside for them to call you out by name or they skip you invest in a reservation app or something it's only getting hotter . Second the waiter was doing her best but I felt rushed to order because she was clearly overwhelmed. It took over a hr to get our food while it was good my French toast was cold I was soo over the whole experience I just wanted to pay so I could leave .
