I contracted DS&Co. for their services in wedding planning, decor, floral arrangement and bouquet as well as having a wedding coordinator on the day of my wedding. The owner, Melanie, was who we dealt with seemed to be absent minded at times which got us worried. She was not focus on our wedding and wasn't able to price things out for us and had to ask her staff. We looked everywhere for some reviews but websites like Yelp were not popular back then. When we asked her if we can contact some of her previous clients, she declined and sent us only the good reviews that she has had via email. We took the risk and trusted her to have everything in order and was very disappointed when we realized that she was having a difficult time on our wedding day. She is not professional at all and we realized that she didn't write things down and was very disorganized. On our wedding day, our decor and floral arrangement was not set up properly and we later found out that she got into a dispute with the owners of the venue where we were getting married. Our wedding party, photographer and DJ all noticed that she was acting very unprofessional and asked us if they can help with anything. We paid quite a bit of money and felt that she left us short. We would not recommend anyone to her. We can't say that everything about this company is bad, her staff are amazing and really professional, so easy to talk to and are genuinely nice. If it wasn't for them, our wedding day would have been a disaster but it still managed to be one of the best moments for us, it was truly a day to remember. This company is still relatively new and I really wish them the best because they have so much potential to be great.

Just went through a check in with "Tommy", I travel a lot for work and this was the worst…read moreexperience I've had checking in to a hotel, mainly due to his unhelpful nature, dismissive tone and un empathetic approach to customer service. Usually happy with Expedia bookings, not this time... Started out dealing with his unhelpful, dismissive and irritating tone over the phone when trying to see if we could check in early, then stopped in to see if things changed and it turned out the room type on the reservation was wrong and some other minor head aches which at check in. We were able to get checked in after they fully charged deposit to a credit card instead of authorizing funds, and cited standard policy that was not clarified on the booking site. Should have paid ahead of time, which the site shows as including deposits in the rates. We then arrived at rooms that I'd rate as sub-par for the area, small, stuffy musty smell and clearly run down, which I'd never recommend staying in, as they are more expensive than the alternatives around and smaller rooms (having stayed at all the hotels within 1KM). I'd recommend this as a last choice for your booking in Moncton, convenient location, but terrible staff experience, and quality definitely isn't a word that speaks to the amenities or site.

From the very beginning, we had the pleasure to work with Nicole, who not only helped us with what we wanted but came up with ideas that were exactly what we didn't know we needed. Besides the awesome service, they were on time and the Venue looked beautiful! I would recommend this place to anybody who asked for opinions on where to go for their wedding decorations and the best service.
