This business is untrustworthy and disposed of everything I owned after not being able to reach me…read morefor 10 days!!Not the 30-60 days the law requires !!! It wasn't legal to dispose of my belongings lots of which I can't replace as they are sentimental . The manager even screamed at me on the phone as I was crying and asking her where my kids baby pictures and my deceased grandmother's belongings were. She coldly said in the dump. I will never ever forgive her for doing this. It wasn't legal and I'm beyond heartbroken. I went as far as to search the dump for my expensive antiques and family heirlooms. I found nothing causing me to wonder where my belongings really are Don't store at lakeside storage in Sylvan Lake. They are not trustworthy .
