Last year I came here for my daughter, we picked up a boot for her little sprained ankle, she was fitted by a friendly lady. My experience has been pretty pleasant at this location. I did feel a little nervous before I found Linda, bc a lady was getting on my nerves. A lady asked me "What are you here for?" And I said "I'm here to see Linda." She was like, "no! What are you getting?" And I told her, but I just needed to ask for Linda, bc Linda said to do that. It all worked out though, bc at that moment, I had found Linda.

I have sourced my cpap supplies from Nunn for about 7 years getting quality service. However,…read morerecently I found that when I want to schedule a mask fitting it took more than a week to get a callback, meanwhile their sales team continued to call me to request me to restock my consumables. When I did go to be fitted for a new mask, I was told they didn't have a machine available to connect with so I could determine the sound level of a new mask. Instead they scheduled me for a second visit. That evening I got an email listing a restocking order for all my supplies! I was told, as I canceled there order, that it was placed by the technician that I had visited the previous day! I will never go back to a vendor who doesn't appreciate their customer, but instead tries to take advantage.

I see all the pharmacy staff working hard each time I visit. Kind employees. Very busy pharmacy.read more

Believe the other reviews…read more This place is often unprofessional always trying to unload responsibility onto customers (as if they shouldn't be expected to be trained, responsible experts). They seem to believe that people who need life-saving meds need to be chasing after the status of their prescription as a matter of standard practice, rather than be reliable/responsible for properly informing people... Not impressed. I talked to a manager who was even more rude than the pharmacist I was calling to complain about- and she hung up on me after claiming she 'appreciated my feedback' when I complained about not getting meds, not knowing why, and needing to do a bunch of stuff because THEY were changing their delivery system, and had a bad attitude about it. I was with them for over 3 years, and they showed no concern for treating me like I was crazy for wanting them to care about their job, and maybe do it in a way that didn't deprive me of my scripts, nor cause me extra work. Their time is way too valuable to consider their customers situation. They are literally tone deaf to the reality of serving people who are injures/disabled... I used to get my meds delivered, and THAT GUY was cool, so I never realized how messed up the rest of the operation was for the most part (though walk-ins were always hit or miss- so I guess I should have known better). So I'll be switching ASAP. If you pick them, 'Good luck'- but I think it's just a matter of time before they show you how little they care about their customers. Their policies are not good- but to not even pretend to 'trick' customers with a fake smile/false professionalism (the minimum many places offer nowadays)?... well, I guess you should be happy they are up front about not really caring? Believe in that when they show it to you. On the off chance you do get someone 'nice'- know their policies are still 'basic'- so other than a smile, you'll never get more than the bare minimum. Oh- they just changed their delivery system (6/2025- for all of Syracuse- probably more), and didn't actually bother to inform anyone. So many people just suddenly got 'Final pick up' warnings if they signed up for texts (and I assume nothing if they didn't). So if you were outside of your pharmacies newly determined delivery area, you just suddenly stopped getting meds. Running your business in a way where you want change things, and 'coincidentally' happen to deprive people of their life saving meds with no notice... yeah, that's reassuring.... So many other places offer better service by just doing the actual 'basics' of making sure people are treated well and get their scripts in a timely fashion (and a few do free delivery too)- so there's little reason to go here.

I brought my new 2014 Ford F-150 to Agor for modifications. I already had hand controls and a lift…read more I just needed them installed. The first problem I was having with them was that Don (sales manager) wanted me to buy new hand controls. He kept telling me that mine were out dated. He went as far to tell me that New York has passed a law stating that hand controls needed to be upgraded. And that New York also passed a law stating that all modified vehicles with full hand controls have to have a spinner knob ($100) as well. The problem was, the hand controls were made from a company that Agor doesn't do business with. Therefore, they are not authorized to install them. After checking with the DMV, I found out that New York does not have any laws about upgrading controls, nor is there a law stating that all vehicles need to have a spinner know. That was just a technique that Don made up to try and get me to buy new controls ($1,100) and a spinner knob ($100). This was just a job that they were only going to get paid for labor. No sales. And they don't make money on just labor. That is why Don lied about the laws. And I also was having trouble pinning Don down for an appointment to get the job done. Every time I called, I would get the run around. He isn't in, he just stepped out. I left several messages for him to call me back, but never got his calls. I just had to keep calling him. He also knew that I had a reimbursement of $1000 coming from Ford Motors. He beefed up the hours of labor so they could get the whole sum of that reimbursement from Ford. I dropped my truck of at 9:30 am, picked it up at 3:30 pm. That is a total of 6 hours. Six hours @ $95.00/hr comes to $570.00. And they charged me $995.00. They are stealing money. Don and the crew are liars and ripoffs. The mechanic (Danny) does all the work for this company. He is sloppy and careless. This was a brand new truck just off the lot. When I picked it up, it was filthy. dirt and dust everywhere. And wire clippings everywhere. Everytime that I have been to this business, they are either eating or they are sitting there on Facebook with the computers. They talk like they are slammed with business. In actuality, I never see anybody there. They pretty much have the market cornered in Syracuse. They are the only place that does modifications. My advise to anybody who needs conversions, travel outside of Syracuse and find an honest company. Agor Enterprises are Ripoffs and liars. All their concerns are about how much money they can make from the customer. And Don will lie through his teeth to make a sale. He told me so many lies that he couldn't remember what he was telling me. All I can do now is warn the public about Agor. And I let Ford Motor know about how they beef the hours of labor up to get the full mobility reimbursement money that the Car manufacturers offer. Agor and the crew are a great example of bad business. I can only hope that people will see this post and stay far away from them.
