On the day of the job, I also had them remove an additional tree from behind it. They were very cautious, cleaned up after themselves, and professional. Needed a few trees trimmed and a rotted one cut down completely. I was referred to Lagniappe by a friend and I really can't thank him enough. This company are professionals in every imaginable way. From my initial phone call I could sense that I was going to have a pleasant experience. Described the job, in just a couple of days I had a free estimate. But not just a verbal/written description of what needed to be done but clear photos of the work that needed to be done. They were clearly marked as to what was to be removed. A detailed typed estimate was provided, all by emailings. I gave them the go-ahead and once the ground was sufficiently dry they proceeded with the work. I received a phone call from Jamie, (I believe to be the owner) letting me know that the job was complete. We discussed a rotten stump (stump grinding was not in his purview) that was seriously being eaten by termites. We agreed on the best plan of action . Received an invoice the very next day, price as we had been agreed upon, job complete. Not the norm, much better experience than with various other contractors that have done other jobs for me. read more

They were flexible and worked around our shed and fencing and took down a very tall dead pine with their crane.
