It's design and decor is the most tasteful, the service impeccable, and the space elegant. I immediately felt at home and even had the chance to meet the owner who was on site and just lovely! She gave me a personal tour of the spa, and shared with me her vision for how she wants to make her urban customers feel like they can be luxuriously (and quickly, if needed) pampered on any given day without the fluff of a big spa experience. I had a LPG session which was set in a luxurious, yet simple, treatment room on the second floor and the space was so peaceful. My therapist checked with me a few times to ensure my comfort. At some point during the treatment I got cold, and she kindly set a super soft and warm throw on me (made me wish the treatment lasted longer!). After the LPG session I was greeted with a cup of hot herbal tea. I felt so relaxed and comfortable that I booked a mani/pedi on the spot. The nail polish was applied with minutiae and it lasted a full week! I highly recommend this spa, and it's now on my "must" list in Milan.

The spa looks very small from the outside but once you are received by the receptionist, you are taken back into a peaceful waiting area with sofas, tea and magazines. A number of treatment rooms are further back, with antique doors that lead into each one, adding to the vintage look of the salon. They offer all of the services of a day spa, plus a number of more medical treatments that I think have to do with weight management and maybe permanent hair removal (electrolysis). The women who work here are warm and friendly. I had a great esthetician who did my waxing and a quieter woman who did my pedicure. While I would recommend getting waxed here (or having a massage by the same woman who does the epilation), I would not particularly recommend the pedicure. You are laying down in a spa bed and the tub of water is placed precariously on the bottom of the bed itself, so you're sort of leaning back but with your feet in a plastic tub. It wasn't particularly comfortable and later I saw a number of other nail salons in Rho with normal pedicure chairs. But for waxing, this was an affordable and good salon.
