Most people were dressed up smart, and were enjoying themselves. We ordered some drinks, very reasonably priced, and started chatting with another table. They let us try some of their palm wine, which I have never had before. Really liked it, a pale milky colour and a bit sour, around 5% alcohol content. Lucky for us it wasn't full, but to our surprised we waitied untill 7pm when we got pissed off and left. Before i left i needed to a make complaint, unfortunately there were no apology from the hostess or the manager. So we left unhappy and dissatisfied with the customer service at Banana. They really need to brush up on their customer service!
