If I could put 0 stars, I would. I own two stores and ordered since I opened 1 1/2 years ago. I enjoyed my experience until the new distributor Kevin took over the distribution for the area. Kevin has sent my order to the wrong place, forgotten my order - the worst of these was on the weekend of a major event (and he was going to actually leave me without beer. I had to call the company to get them to correct it as he was not), not send handles (which was and still is a regular occurrence) -- every time, not only did he not work to correct the issue, he was beyond rude. He has been rude to myself and my employees and is inept and unprofessional. When I reported the issue to his manager, I was told I could order online but then would no longer receive the cleaning of my lines or examination of my kegs. What kind of arrangement is that??? Moreover, Kevin is now doing passive aggressive actions that can be viewed as nothing short of sabotage. In the past, if he forgot to bring handles, he would tell me to use a handle I had and make a label for it. I bought a couple of kegs from a new distributor to us, who forgot the handles, so I made labels for handles I had. When Kevin came to check my kegs, he took the handles. He also took a keg I had in storage. Then, this week, he took the refrigerator LaGrange gave to me on loan for the storage of their product. I always fill that fridge with Bud and Mich Ultra products from them. I sold out this weekend, and rather than leave the fridge empty, which looks bad, I put our cokes and water in until I placed the order, which I did do this week. Kevin took the refrigerator. From ineptitude of service, poor customer relations, an inflexible attitude, and an unwillingness to rectify mistakes - and now nothing short of sheer passive aggressive behavior, LaGrange grocery does a huge disservice in allowing this type of piss poor behavior to not only happen, but condone it in telling me to order online while removing other services.
