These people are not people of their word. They will not answer phones, return voice mails or texts. The last 2 years after they winterized my pool, the lines froze and busted and had to be replaced. Owner is near impossible to reach with concerns, and never did get our pool equipment right. When we called for pool opening repairs (under warranty) and maintenance this year, informed us he wouldn't be caring for our pool anymore. No notice, just no show. His employee is a top-notch, knowledgeable and reliable guy, tho. read more
