"Manager" says "her Boss" will not okay a pool closure until 2:00 pm. Seriously? We have to wait over an hour and a half in our cars for a rain check? Very poor customer service. This is a municipal pool. Great service to our taxpayers. This pool is marginally okay. Hygiene is iffy. Have seen lifeguards scoop poop out and ignore any sanitation procedures on two separate occasions. Thank you Moline.

When I informed them we had just driven 30+ miles to be there, and that it was disappointing that they'd be closing early, we were told "Well....it's not like we can control the weather."
