She truly listens to all of my concerns and values my input about my eye health and is professional and caring. Her staff works together like a family and are all so nice. No matter how much I may have to call, Monica at the front desk always has a smile in her voice. A welcoming office is a big plus to me and this office is one that does it so genuinely. Dr. Foreman's practice is growing and that's because her knowledge and care are top notch.

Understandable things come up, but should we have been offered to reschedule an hour earlier? Need some improved scheduling or should this have been better communication with us? That was about 7 years ago and I've been coming here every ear since. They can evaluate your eyes better than an optometrist in my opinion. This clinic is somewhat geared towards children but I don't think they will turn away adults. One caution would be that they typically use your medical insurance instead of your eye care insurance. So, you may want to check on that if having everything covered under insurance is a high priority. I know when I'm here my eyes are in good hands. Enjoy!

This year, however, my 3rd annual appointment with Dr. Swan was changed to Dr. Sajiidi with no consultation with me and without my being informed. When I questioned it, I was told that Dr. Swan had no appointments until 2021. I do not appreciate being moved from a board certified MD to an DO--an optometrist and not even an opthalmologist--without my consent. Then when I did go to keep the appointment with Dr. Sajiidi and after signing in, I was kept waiting outside in a hot car for close to an hour and when I finally inquired was told that Dr. Sajiidi was not even there that day before being told once again that Dr Swan could not see me until 2021, This is absolutely inacceptable and inexcusable behavior for a professional medical service. I certainly cannot recommend anyone to this clinic.

The nurse I saw ranked the worst ever in attitude and questioned why I needed to use the bathroom during the exam. I arrived ready to provide a sample but when she said she didn't need one, I had to TCB. She was aptl absolutely awful. The lab tech who was very experienced and obviously good at her job, was sweating out loud "God damnit" because she rushed through the tests and realized she'd forgot one. Doc was also not on his game today either - forgetful and not well prepared for our appointment. The facility feels old and dingy - it's just not a positive and healthy environment for positive and healthy people. it's really sad that the healthcare system is so bad in this city and state. Thinking it's time to change things up.
