He asked a few questions and gave me a good and fair price. They showed up just a few minutes late but called and let me know in advance . I had a number of deep stains and once the job was done, they were all gone. Augustine was very involved from the beginning to the end. I would def use them again. I informed Marie of my animal dander allergy and set up cleaning to be completed the day before. Upon entering the apartment, we immediately noticed strong foul smell of wet animal fur mixed with scents of cleaning products. Sadly for us it was only after all our belongings were moved in, we realized animal furs and missed spots everywhere in the place. We spent Saturday night to Thursday just for cleaning by ourselves. It took 5 days to remove all the furs and dander because now each room needed to be emptied prior to cleaning. I broke out with rashes and itchy eyes, nose, swollen throat from having to be in contact with the allergens for extended periods of time, even with gloves and a mask for protection. It is the 6 th day after the move-in date that we could finally start unpacking the boxes. I found the service prompt(estimate, setting up appointment) however the performance itself less than satisfactory. I thought it was irresponsible for her to take on a job when allergy issues are involved as the level of cleaning isn't thorough enough. The sub-per performance wasted 6 days of our time; two day offs my husband needed to take from work, and aggravated my health. The whole thing set us back on all our plans made to start our life in a new location. I will never use this service again nor will I recommend to others with allergy, which could be life-threatening for some.

I use them monthly but also message them whenever we have a special occasion and need extra help. They bring all of their own equipment and supplies and use high quality products. They are particularly attentive when cleaning for my elderly mother and disabled brother. My brother is very sensitive to any fragrance or odor so they always remember to use special products when cleaning for him. Our home is an antique farm house and they do an awesome job with all the quirky woodwork, old brick, exposed beams. I'm always amazed how much they get done so quickly!
