There are great facilities for cooking in the cabins as well. Car parking is ample and lots of room for visitors to come and see you while you are on holiday. The staff seems to be quite strict on check in times, so if you plan on a late or early check in, let them know beforehand.

Lovely walking trail along the river just outside our door, with a playground just down the path a bit. I had the pleasure of hiring Ingrid M as my guide in South Australia. I had a very lofty, bucket…read morelist goal of visiting a remote fossil site in the outback, 6 hours from Adelaide, in Nilpena. Ingrid planned out a wonderful drive from Adelaide, stopping in the Clare Valley wine country for a gourmet lunch and wine tasting, and then onward to Parachilna for the geological adventure. The drive to the outback goes through remote country, and would not be advisable for a first-timer or lone traveler. Ingrid drove the way, was a guide during my stay, and drove me back to Adelaide. She has lived in the outback, hence she was a wealth of information about South Australia and outback life. She is an excellent conversationalist, and a very gracious, responsible, and pleasant person. I definitely would travel with her again, and recommend her highly.
