I honestly feel that it did help to go to a smaller store where that sales associates were extremely friendly and willing to help. They carried a lot of brands that I wouldn't think to look for when I am out and about shopping for shoes. The service was super friendly and Darrieal? [Sp] sorry I'm not too sure how to spell his name. But he was extremely attentive and willing to help me find the just right pair. I ended up walking out with two new pair of shoes and the ultra good insoles and the ultra cool shoelaces, shoelace cleaning kit ECT.
