Some negatives are the very cheap paper towels for wiping down machines. They have absolutely no absorbency. Formerly members could request a small towel for wiping machines with disinfectant after using them. Also the disinfectant spray no longer smells like it has any disinfectant in it. Maybe it's being watered down. Most bothersome is one of the employees who gets way too familiar with the patrons. I dislike her VERY snoopy questions. I try to stay away from her, but she often makes a point of tracking me down, even following me into the locker room. She has made rude comments about other employees claiming she does all the work. Other employees are friendly but maintain a professional distance. I see them cleaning and topping off the "disinfectant" while she sits or chats up other members.
