Bob and his team are top notch! My husband and I first began to work with Bob in 2009 when we decided to become home buyers for the first time. Bob guided us through the process and found us a great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Fast forward to 2013, we decided to sell our home a relocate and chose to work with Bob as our selling agent. His team at Lake Hills Realty put on the most professional open house I've ever seen! We wanted our home to only be shown once, since we still live in the home and we wanted to process to be as private as possible since we have small children; Bob respectfully followed all of our requests. The open house was a success and we accepted an offer quickly. Since this was also our first time selling a home, Bob, walked through each offer with pros and cons and let us choose the buyer that we thought to be the best fit for us. We were very happy on how this transaction was handled by the entire team. We also used Bob and the Lake Hills realty team to help us find our new home. The market inventory isn't the greatest and Bob explained that to us in an honest and professional manner. His team, which consists of this son, wife and mother were always available to show us properties as they became available. We are now starting escrow on a wonderful new home for our family and couldn't be happier! If you are a buy or sell Bob Irish and his team are a wonderful choice! I really enjoy the fact that Bob and his team do not sugar coat homes, they will take you to a property and allow you to make your own opinions on the house. Then after you form an opinion they offer professional advise on the property. As far as the negative review, there might be "zillions" of other realtors, BUT this guy is honest, upfront and fair and that is why we chose to work with him! I've been meaning to get to this review for quite some time. I purchased my first home back in August 2015 with the help of Sean Irish. Our paths cross at a random open house I stopped by on my way back home from work. At the time I had a real estate agent that was a family friend and I wasn't too happy with his promptness and he didn't shared the same drive and enthusiasm I had as a first time home buyer. I felt alone in the search for that special home. I spoke to Sean for a few minutes during that open house and right away knew he was the guy I was looking for. After that point we was my go to guy for the next few months. We were constantly sending me listing and opening up his schedule to accommodate my visits. He was always giving me different options and tips of what to look for. I forgot to mention that he had recently been engaged at the time and from our conversations was very preoccupied with the wedding event planning. YET not at any moment did he make me feel like he wasn't available. My work schedule is very hectic and requires long hours but if I asked to see a house on short notice, his now wife and himself would stop what they were doing and meet up with me. I was very fortunate to purchase my very first home with his help. Sean was the guy I needed during this exciting moment in my life and he made the experience very enjoyable and easy. With his help and the help of Lake Hill Realty the paperwork process was quick and easy and more importantly very clear as to what I was getting myself into. I have now had the house for a little over 2 years and have been very happy with my purchase. Just got off the phone with Bob Irish. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked why one of his property listings was listed as a 1 Bedroom even though it was clearly, from the pictures, a studio and he said "Wow, that is such a poor question. I don't want to argue with you. It is just a 1 Bedroom." Then I said, "Wow, that was so rude of you to say". He said "I know" and HUNG UP ON ME!! Seriously??? There are zillions of other realtors out there. Do not pick this guy. read more
