After hearing how happy our friends were with them we decided to go ahead and order a 4 spray package. Our house is surrounded by 7 acres of thick forest. The Mosquitos were horrible... it was so unbearable we were covering ourselves with 98% deet spray but even that did nothing to stop these ruthless blood suckers. The guys that came were very nice as well. They fogged our huge yard area quickly. When done they came to the door and let me know to give it a half hour dry time. He explained that the first few day we might see a few Mosquitos but by day 3 if we see any to give him a call and he would come blast them again. I was surprised to hear that the company guarantees their work. The first 2 days we saw a few Mosquitos at dawn and dusk. Today is day 3 and I came outside around 6:30am I have seen 1 mosquito in an hour. I am so happy with the results! We have our yard back! We will definitely be calling them back next summer.

When I texted back to indicate that I needed to change the appointment, I received a text back saying that the message would be relayed to the appropriate people, and someone would contact me. That never happened. So I texted back and said I wanted to cancel the appointment, and miraculously, someone responded immediately saying they canceled the appointment for the date that was originally scheduled, and someone would be in touch with me with the new date. It took me multiple phone calls, and texts to get the appointment canceled altogether. I no longer have confidence in the company as it is run today. My past experience was good a few years back, but no longer.
