I called to change the appointment with MS and was told the message would be relayed to the appropriate people, and I would get a return phone call. Six days later, and I have still not received any phone calls of any kind from anyone at MS. I did receive a couple of text messages indicating my appointment was still on their books for the date they had originally scheduled. When I texted back to indicate that I needed to change the appointment, I received a text back saying that the message would be relayed to the appropriate people, and someone would contact me. That never happened. So I texted back and said I wanted to cancel the appointment, and miraculously, someone responded immediately saying they canceled the appointment for the date that was originally scheduled, and someone would be in touch with me with the new date. It took me multiple phone calls, and texts to get the appointment canceled altogether. I no longer have confidence in the company as it is run today. My past experience was good a few years back, but no longer.

I was told the treatment lasted 30 days by the customer service representative, and I had read about their signature "Protective Barrier Treatment". One week after treatment which was two weeks before our event, there wasn't the slightest difference in mosquito biting us. The mosquitos were as horrible as they've been all summer. I spent quite a while speaking with a representative on multiple occasions. First he said to me "did you read the fine print on your contract?" To me this meant: We trick you up front but say the truth in tiny print so we can legally take your money. I am not a confrontational person (in fact I rarely ever write reviews), and I knew where this was going, so I calmly explained to him where I was coming from. He said that the mosquitoes were probably coming from somewhere else (obviously) and that was not up to him. I tried to reason with him that they cannot sell a service/product which they cannot back up. He went on about how good their pesticide is (which I'm sure it is), but that's not the issue. The issue is that they sell a service which they promise works, but they cannot actually back that up. Pros: The representative was able to offer me a one-time re-application treatment, which in the end I was not able to take because they could only come one day before the event. At that point, my family was already camping in the backyard and it was hard to move everyone out of the yard. Plus I was skeptical about having people and pets around pesticides that same day. My advice: CAUTION!!! This company does not stand behind their advertising slogans. They also CANNOT possibly guarantee a "barrier" against mosquitos (at least not in wooded areas). They WILL NOT give you your money back. I believed their propaganda, trusted them, and in the end lost 100% of my money. There is zero value in this company. Ask lots of questions before deciding to go with them. Or better yet, go with a company that has integrity.
