We scheduled an appointment several weeks ago and meanwhile, we got all of our documents ready so that they could have everything they needed. Then, less than 48 hours before our appointment, they called to cancel the appointment and said they could no longer fit us in. They said they weren't prepared to meet. We were left having to scramble and find anither company at the last minute, causing a great deal of stress. They seemed not to realize what a difficult position this put us in. It appears that their scheduling was disorganized and if they couldn't handle their customer load, they should have said something sooner. This was very unprofessional.

It's a above and beyond their normal service. The I RS sent me a letter telling me my 2021 taxes were all screwed up and I owed additional taxes. Not to worry... I HAVE PEACE OF MIND COVERAGE. Well, here's where it gets interesting. NO ONE WILL EVEN TALK TO ME. Tried everything. Even being shunted off to a new tax analyst. She won't call me back either. Let the games begin. My reco - Stay away from HRS. Definitely don't pay for PEACE OF MIND coverage.

All I can say is WOW....the hours of work this saves me in terms of tedious things it now does for me, for no mistakes, payroll taxes computed/paid/reported for me. Clean records that do not need to be compared with an outside person doing quarterly reports anymore. Had I known I would have done this so much sooner! Add to that that Mueller and crew can jump in and help me without my sending an accountant's file. No more backups, loading software updates. If you are looking for an advocate to help you when you need it with your insurance, this is not a good agency. If you want to feel like you can trust your agent, keep looking. Without sending any notice, they cancelled my car insurance for 2 months. I found out when I couldn't register my car on-line. I called in to Daphne and she explained that I needed to sign a form. I signed the form and my insurance was re-instated. Then, they back-charged me for the two months. This would not have happened with our old agent or another competent State Farm agent.
