We talked before i went in about how I've had some scares with seizures, but he had a plan in place to prevent them and i had no issues. The after care instructions were very detailed and he prescribed me with a few different things for pain and healing. I was pretty terrified before going in but it couldnt have gone better. Dr. Burchards facility is one very clean and very professional. His staff at the front office are very friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies who work in the back as hygienists and assistants are also super friendly and professional. Dr. Burchard has been at this a long time and is skilled at what he does. I have a plan worked out to get fixed what I need. Due to his practice being specialty it does have a bit of a price tag with it, but it is to be expected. Specialty work comes with a cost. Thank goodness for insurance right! I would highly recommend this office for your specialty dental needs!! Also, free bottles of water and coffee in the front lobby while you wait!

I had to have a filling today and they numbed me before the shots. I didn't even feel the shots, then they waited for that numbing to kick in before starting procedure. I had no pain. In the past, after a filling my lips and face are numb and cause me issues after I am home and need to eat.. but I feel fine. He did not over Medicate me at all. At my cleaning they talked to me about everything, and made me super comfortable. I am sorry it took me so long to listen to my friend's recommendation to switch to this dental office.
