The original as well as the previous owners both put in weird lights all over the house and we are having a nightmare of a time trying to replace bulbs... So I took a few of them to Ace to try and figure out what I need, and unfortunately they were unable to help me. The labels on the bulb faded, and they looked like 3 different types of bulbs and we had no idea the wattage... The store was jam packed! It has very small aisles, just big enough for 2 people to walk down. Every square inch has something to sell. It is basically a slimmed down Home Depot. It was nice but a little dated and shabby, but if you come here you are not looking for a new clean modern aesthetic, you are here for a specific item. All in all the staff was friendly, but unfortunately was unable to help me with my bulbs. If I do need basic home improvement items, this will be my place to go!

This shop went above and beyond finding a Phanatic Pillow Pet for my brother to buy for me as a birthday gift before they were all the rage. Speaking of Pillow Pets, they have, hands-down, the best selection of Pillow Pets around. Prices are so-so, but they seem to run some specials and sales on them periodically.

What store opens at 2pm on a Saturday? A bar maybe. They had nothing on their website and they have no phone number to call. They did have this on fb, but too bad I don't use fb due to being stalked and hacked (by disgusting people I met on Yelp). I made a half hour detour from my day trip in NJ to try this place, so it was definitely a miserable waste of my Saturday. From cutting my Christmas tree to finding a small bolt size, they have always been kind and good to me. First, when I said I knew where to find what I needed, he told me harshly "to stand there and don't move". Then, when I was paying at check out, he came back and told me "stop talking to my staff and let them do their work". So, after I paid and was walking out the door I said to the person entering, "Watch out someone is in a bad mood today"; and then the owner really yelled at me. I'm 72, a woman, and he's a BULLY!
