And for it being a one man operation he gets right to business and I appreciate that. I will be bringing in every alteration I need from here on out. So I called them and the service was impeccable! She set a schedule for my pick up and drop off, explained the process and was so helpful. Stopped in and dropped off 3 pairs of chinos and 2 sweaters on Monday and had them back by Wednesday. I asked for no crease on the pants, and the person behind the counter made sure she checked them before handing them back to me. I also like that I got a text message mid-day on Wednesday reminding me that my items would be ready for pick up, although I would have liked to have had the price included in the text message.
