I was floored to realize there were absolutely no human contacts within 30 miles from the location. They resort to strictly automated customer service via a kiosk only......... where I was instructed to insert my Drivers License. The machine took it and could not read it but was not returned.... I called the customer service line and was told that the manager will be there when his schedule instructed.. in a day or two! How am I supposed to rent one now from somewhere else? Good luck people
