The job was finished within a week, Billy was paid approximately half early and final payment when or before he finished the job for a total of $23,600.00. A lien was filed on my house in April in the amount of $8,122.70, unfortunately he didn't pay the material supplier, I'm not sure about the labor. Billy has repeatedly lied to me for 18 months about taking care of this. My advice from personal experience is he is a liar who cheats his suppliers and customers.
