Just an FYI... NOT lake "side" but could be called lake "view" from certain spots. Just wanted to make sure you realize this.

This was our first stay at Lakeside Park. We checked in Friday after work with the manager Julianne, who was very pleasant. Our site was wide and level with grass and mature trees. The showers were exceptionally clean, and people, they had SOFT WATER! What a pleasant surprise! 30 amp and 50 amp power available in almost every pull-through site. A "clubhouse" with games, vhs movies, football and pool. It was a short walk down to the lakes edge. There is a spot to launch your boat, but it's very steep and pretty soft at the end (based on lake levels) I'd drive over to the state park and launch there. Check-out was easy. We stayed at Lakeside last weekend and my overall impression of the facility was great. We had full RV hookups that actually worked, a campsite with mature oak shade trees and grass, deluxe fire pit and a table. The park was clean and well kept, firewood, ice and other items are readily available if needed as well as clean bathrooms and showers. The park is easy to access and move around for even the largest RV's which we didn't need, but there were plenty of other large rigs that i'm sure appreciated that. We did have a complaint from another camper about not having our dogs on a lease for a moment (our fault) and instead of that camper talking to us, they complained to the corporate office and they made the manager, Brandon come talk to us and he couldn't have been more cordial (he gets high marks in my book). I wish the other camper had just talked to us and avoided this, but that's the way some people are instead of working it out directly. We stayed at the Lakeside RV Campground in Duchesne Utah. The park was undergoing some repairs but was clean and quiet. The camp host, Brandon was polite, helpful and friendly. Was always around working and made the stay very nice. Will come and stay again! read more
