Very straight-forward--you walk in, there are freezers filled with every variety of cut and chop you could imagine. Every kind of sausage you could want, from fresh brautwurst to hawaiian sausage to andouille and chorizo. Ribs, steaks, pork chops, pork butt...they even sell marinated meat, like raspberry chipotle pork chops, and snack meat sticks. The prices are unbelievable for what you get, and the woman working at the cashier was extremely friendly and sweet.
