Went to visit and same office and same poor practices including overbooking and lack of staff for testing as well as uncaring nurse assistants. We arrived for afternoon appointment and waited 35-40 minutes. As Mia came to get us and do vitals, she stopped and went back to friend at front window and held a personal convo during work hours. This is handled best after hours or during lunch and outside client view. Set follow up appointment for scan and two weeks out as they are overbooked here also. Day before ... cancelled. Why, tech is going to be out. So done ... you don't have the capacity for new patients and should offer as such and stop hospital rounds.
