They ONLY care about your money. They do not care about you as an individual. They call you on blocked numbers which makes it impossible to call them back or reach them without going through their call center receptionist. Their attorneys are so condescending. I ask a lot of questions to make sure that I understand things (especially if they are new to me, like divorce) and the responses I received were nasty and at times I was yelled at to the point of tears. They only charge you in 15 minute intervals so any communication will cost you big time. Legally, you have to be separated a year before you can officially file divorce so there were many months when it was basically just a waiting game. There was one month where I was not charged because I did not have any communication with them (which I was happy about of course) but then literally the NEXT day I got a phone call asking me random questions and "checking in" just so they could CHARGE ME for something. I wasted SO much money with this firm. Do yourself a favor and find someone else before they drain all of your money and go out of their way to make you feel like the dumbest person on the planet.
