This was the absolute worst place i could have checked my mother into. They are negligent, uncaring and untrained. Do not, under any circumstance, rest easy knowing your loved one is under the Lamb Foundation's care. Donna Mengel is a fraud who truly pretends as though she cares about these people, but she makes rent so high that these people are unable to afford their needs, unable to amass a savings to either leave the foundation or leave inheritance behind, and sometimes even unable to pay medical costs. Their Christmas dinner in 2016 was cold ham, soggy green beans and box potatoes. For the amount these residents pay, they deserve an actual warm meal. After all, some don't have family visiting and the most they can hope for is a decent Christmas dinner. I could go on and on about how corrupt this place is but I have made my point. Do not believe what you read, do your own research and then decide what's best for your loved ones. read more

i don't even want to give this place 1 star but seems won't let me do that .please do not take your family members to this foundation .i found out the hard way about the way this women donna mendel treats her residents .down to the so called sandwiches they are suppose to eat. the restidents are blamed for broken this no proof is ever showed you .you are not allowed in your relatives room this is so you don't see what they are served to eat or so you don't see the roaches or the fact that it's 90 degrees and no fan no ac and a nailed shut window . when it was time for my family member to be moved they packed up her stuff while she was with family came back to her room to it empty no clothes no sheets no pillow nothing and since they couldn't move her that day my family member could not shower and change clothes was given a sheet and pillow to sleep with. when i questioned donna mendel about this she called me trailer trash .wow what is wrong with this she only cares about the money and nothing about the residents. no one said air conditioning was xtra a fan was xtra .i just don't want to see any body else's member treated like cattle all cause they have sicknesses . please if you love your family don't take them to this foundation. read more
