Tons of outdoor seating and a nice lawn for kids to run around. The inside has multiple dining areas. We sat at a high top near the bar. There are lots of windows so it is very bright and vibrant. The food was wonderful. we just ordered appetizers, the charcuterie plate and some chips. The chips are cut super thick and were wonderful and the charcuterie plate was very good! We saw people ordering the burger and man did it look good! The staff here was great and helpful in choosing a cider. I ordered the Thatchers Dry and Krista got the cider flight with the dry, cheddar and one other i can't remember. She enjoyed all 3. The Thatchers cider brewhouse is behind this restaurant. Beautiful grounds. Also they allow dogs inside and out so feel free to bring the pooch! love this place, hope to be back some day

The meals which were presented with last night represented a busy pub, reheated chips, soft onion rings and a very unsatisfactory portion of fish. Our comments was relayed to one of their table servers but no action was taken. payed the bill and walked out, it will be long time before we venture there again. Churchill for us.

Stopped for food only. Staff (Amy) was nice and friendly but food was awful. scummy pork was…read moresupposed to be a pork chop but was a pork loin which was wafer thin, burnt and very small. Sauce tasted ok but was consistency of water. Roasted veg came with sweet potato which was hard this was sent back and came back to table re-heated with sweet potato simply removed (meal cost 12.95). Ribeye steak was very poor quality and did not seem to be 10oz as per menu description. Asked for steak cooked medium. But came extremely well done and like a piece of leather (meal cost 14.95). Lasagne was taken from 6.95 menu and was by far the best meal although salad leaf had brown on it so was left. Certainly would not visit again and would not recommend for food.
