I paid for 220 minute segments in advance and waited and waited and waited. The man ahead of me said he would only be a minute he had a 20 minute consultation but he ended up staying an hour so therefore my appointment was not honored. I must also add that I am blind and I have to run and you serve are you a Uber or one of these ride programs in order to get around being blind. I had a ride scheduled for exactly an hour after my appointment would have begun which was more than enough time saying that I had 40 minutes of appointment scheduled. So since that man took an entire hour for his appointment and my ride was almost there was an route to pick me up from mine I couldn't stay any longer and had to leave so I also encourage the expense of this transport to even get there and back to my home as well as perhaps even losing the $40 I paid in advance for this appointment. So far I have requested refunds through emails I will call the office on Monday and see how that goes but I don't recommend this company because a poor time management I just can't see how you can stay in business with this kind of operation like this without being organized. That man should've been told I'm sorry your time is up we have another appointment now you will have to come back or arrange a phone call with him to complete his business and stead of making me wait an hour and missing my own appointment. First he demanded $200 cash only to discuss then $300 more to proceed and asked who I dealt with at BOA. After I told him, he said, "I don't want to help you can you can't have your money back." I had given him substantial evidence of a credit balance of several thousand dollars with the bank that was trying to extort money from me. He could have said he wasn't interested on the phone, but apparently saw this as a good way to rip off a senior citizen and kiss ass to the bank. I gave him one star only because lower is not offered. Avoid this law firm in Palm Coast like the plague. I also left comments with the same firm that might even have a Chiumento in residence and got no response.
