I was referred to this company through ENERGIR. I had to call three times (when I was told someone…read morewould call me) in order to get an appointment to get an estimate to install a gas fireplace in my house (gas line + fireplace insert + Installation). The on-site visit was very smooth and informative, the gentleman was polite. He told me he would break down the cost of the gas-line, the fireplace and the installation. I was happy with what he proposed. I waited, one week, two weeks, I called after 2.5 weeks. they called me back to tell me that he was on vacation and will be returning monday. Monday comes, then the entire week passes. This has been a month since the original visit not including just trying to get a visit. I finally receive the quote. Two things to note, (1) there is no breakdown, there is no mention of the fireplace or the installation cost. there is just the gas line. (2) it is more than double the cost of another supplier whom ENERGIR referred and that company called me, visited me and quoted me all within 4 days. Not being just decisive on price, I call into their office for clarification, perhaps they can give me the breakdown (they should know the price of these things). The call was an absolute disaster with excuse after excuse. I'm a client, I don't know what's happenind on your business end, but if there are delays, how about keeping a customer informed. "Excuse us for the delay, we will get back to you asap". But I am running after them. They claim that all they do is "work work work" and he doesn't have time for this stuff and that was all that was in the notes he was given. Do you think the rest of us do not work??? The most unprofessional, unreliable, disorganized company i've ever dealt with.
