Okay. So this is going be a lengthy review. About my entire experience at this pizza parlor. So to start I was on my lunch break I walked all the way to my car to realize I left my wallet in my office. So I call lamppost to ask if they accept Apple Pay because it saw they on yelp. The gentlemen answered the phone and told he they do accept it. An I was on my way. I roll up to the parlor and go inside. I read over the menu and I believe the owner (I think his name is mike) takes my order. I got lunch special #1 (slice of pizza,salad,drink). So this was my first surprise of my visit. He asks what kind of pizza I want and runs over what they have currently for lunch special. Which was, pepperoni, cheese, and BBQ chicken. I told him the BBQ chicken sounds interesting. He then tells me if I try it and I don't like it my lunch will be free of charge. That's a very bold statement. So I agree. We are checking out I am using Apple Pay and for some reason the payment isn't going through on his end. We trouble shoot for a minute try a few more times. No luck. I tell him well thanks anyway man I don't have my wallet and I began to walk out. He stops me and says. "Pay me Monday" and I say excuse me. He says lunches on me today. Just come back Next week and pay me for it. I was in shock and tell him. Really? He says yea here's your drink have a seat my guys will get your food out to you ASAP. Now I am in shock. First he offers me free lunch if I don't like the pizza then he gives me free lunch because my Apple Pay wasn't working. It blew me away. Because today's world there isn't trust between business owners and customers anymore. This man talked to me for less then 5 mins and already he gave me that trust. Simply amazing. I'll be back next week to pay for my lunch today and I'll be a regular customer for now on. By the way. The food was delicious and mikes staff was amazing. Really need to just take this pizza place off of delivery, when you pay for something you don't get and can't find that out until 45-60 minutes later, just end the delivery service if you don't have the staff to verify customers are getting what they pay for, there's also a service fee for delivery so please rescue your customers from the delivery service, true though you never said good delivery service, starts at getting the order correct. read more

I placed an order as a thank you to a local shop that did some work for me. I ordered 4 pizzas. $110.00. They were delivered, no plates, no napkins, no peppers or cheese. When I returned to the shop everyone thanked me and said that was a nice gesture, hey it's the thought that counts. After I heard all of these comments I finally asked was the pizza not good? They all laughed and said we each had only one slice. Didn't go back for more. The owner said he had only 1/2 a slice and they went and picked up lunch elsewhere. What a great find for our fun day /road trip. Two friends and headed out from Inglewood to check out Orange .Ca. But specifically to try this pizza parlor, what the heck. We got to say the service was right on, the place was very clean [even the restroom] and a good deal for our money. We ordered the Cesar salid, garlic cheese bread and a large bbq chicken pizza. Such flavor and good portions, served in a few moments and with a smile. We arrived early but soon after the lunch rush started and guest appeared enjoying their meal. This is a great place for all ages, arcade, great deserts and plenty of room. We will return again soon. read more

I see why almost every review mentioned the OVERPRICED prices...yep, we had a coupon deal $10 for $20 or else I would never have gone here and paid regular prices. I commend those people that do because it's not worth the exorbitant prices they charge. Thank goodness they didn't make a fuss about my coupon or else. The pizza was Ok if it was made with the thinnest crust (we had both thin & regular). The veggies were undercooked and seemed to be thrown in after the pizza was baking, which doesn't taste great that way AND they were quite cheap with the toppings! The spaghetti was horrible, nothing special done to the sauce as if they opened the jar & dumped in the contents. Thank goodness we got the meat sauce; I can't even imagine how bland the regular marinara sauce would have tasted. We felt like pizza for Father's day this past Sunday. Found a coupon for buy one get on on the Entertainment app we have so thought we would try. I called over to place the order and when they gentleman that picked up said hello I said I'd like to place an order and he said something kinda muffled so when I said 'what was that' he said 'phone number' very loud and rude. He was on speaker and my husband heard too and looked at me like wow, so it wasn't just me. That was the first thing. I continue to place my order and when I get the grand total it's close to $70 for two pizza's, that's a bit pricey, but with my BOGO I decide to go with it since I will only be paying half of that for 2 pizzas. When I go to pick up, I park, put on my mask, and go inside. I get two sets of eyes on me right way, both with no masks on. One of the sets of eyes goes back into the KITCHEN, with NO MASK on. I walk up to the counter, and the second set of eyes is the cashier, with NO MASK ON. He is handing me my pizza with no MASK OR GLOVES or ANYTHING! I should have said something but I think I was in shock and wanted to get out of there asap. The pizza did taste good, but would NEVER pay $70 for two Medium-sized pizzas. I think right now the way people interact and show face is way more important than anything else, I feel like they put me at risk with no mask on, eating the food they prepared. Attitude and willingness to provide safety and security are at the top of the list right now, and they did not show that to me. The ones that I tend to go to are the HB #1 and HB#2 locations which are always my top favorites. Close third would be the location near tustin, but this one was just a bit closer. The day I went was a Tuesday which there specialty was a 7 topping pizza, I then asked what was on it. He then informed me that he forgot what day it was and then had to look down and started rambling off the toppings. He stopped at cheese, Bacon, ham, pepperoni and green peppers. So I said sure. Yes I realize this is my mistake by not asking why isn't there 7? But I wasn't thinking at that time. What he should have done is finished off naming the toppings, as he did not say onions and mushrooms were on it too. I can't blame him on that as I am to blame myself but that should be included. Cheese Slices: overly greasy in which I had to turn it sideways to let the oil seep off for a few seconds it ultimately just napkined it off. Good pizza, bad presentation. 7 layer: not too greasy but the "layers" of toppings are just thrown on top of the pizza not cooked in as one would think. Better for me as I had to brush off the mushrooms and onions. The Television selections were set up perfectly for a day of games. However it was the employees who messed it up for me as they were standing in front of the largest TV which had the Man United game on. Thanks guys. To the owner who mentioned that he let go of three people to make costs go down, you shouldn't be talking about that on the floor. Mike and his crew have been serving up the best pizza in the OC for years. They serve the best quality ingredients with fresh crust and incredible sauce. We are frequent customers of this location as it is so above all others. Mike has pictures of the generations of student athletes he has supported throughout the many 20+ years.
