Not only that, they were able to get my insurance company to pay for 2/3 of the price. They were more than professional and courteous, and amazing. They also re-roof the metal roof on my deck. Afterward, I saw some nails sticking down out of the metal on the deck and I have never seen that before so I notified the project manager. Project manager was in Europe at the time but once he returned, he jumped on it and the owner contacted me that same evening. Turned out the nails were supposed to be there but the former roof did not have that transition metal. I will definitely hire them for projects in the future.

After getting the runaround with some other local companies, I found Lamar online. I called and they answered on the first ring and then showed up ON TIME that same day to give me a quote which was very fair. The communication is top notch - their automated system sends a text message when they are on their way - and every phone call you speak directly to the owner who will be doing your cleaning. I was very impressed with the care they took in cleaning our carpet. The furniture was moved and put on small styrofoam blocks and the 30+ year old carpet looked great once they were finished. I saw that they also offered dryer vent cleaning using a suction system and reluctantly had them do this for us, though I wasn't convinced it was necessary. They sent a video of the process and the incredible amount of lint that was pulled out of the vent - no wonder there are so many vent fires! I am so glad I added the dryer vent cleanout to the service. All in all a fantastic experience working with Lamar and I would recommend them to anyone.
