Worst Dealership to do any warranty claim or Service at. The service adviser Micheal Hwozdyk, he discriminated and was racist. He kept trying to avoid me having to get the work done on the car through my valid warranty. In fact I called head office and told them all the issues and extra cost he was telling me to pay (over $500). They sent me to another location which actually helped me a lot and put everything through my valid warranty. I will advise you never to go to this location or to deal with Micheal as he will deny any issues your having. Then call you and tell you it's more money out of your pocket so this way he can make his commission. He also has no idea about the car problems, not sure why someone has put him in this position. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST ...EVER!! This is a dealership of deplorable bunch of crooks at every possible level one can imagine. I made a mistake of purchasing a vehicle and repent every time I had to (manufacturing flaws or service) interact with them. They have consistently overcharged by thousands of dollars, all while dealing with "trashy" staff with no training in service or basic Etiquette. Only good thing is they aren't gender biased in despicable service!! Some especially terrible staff to avoid : RENO in Service, Dominique B in Sales, Gaya at Reception. I bought a new range a few months ago and unfortunately the double screens on the car has had many issues which has resulted in the car going into services numerous times now. Despite the car issues, I have had excellent customer services from the following Land Rover Employees: Anna, Leah, Nigel, Allen and Muhammad. I can't speak from everyone else there as I've been dealing with the same people. Use to go to the Thornhill location, but their customer service has really gone down hill hence why I prefer to deal with this location now, even when it comes to buying my vehicles. The customer service of this dealer is so so terrible. The dealer usually provide us a rental car during the service time like other dealers. At past, we can get the rental car directly from dealers by completed simple procedures, so that we don't need to wait at dealer for a few hours. It won't take more than 15 mins. However, in today service, after we talked to the agent about we would like to get a rental car, we waited about 1 hr. And one person from rental car company come and bring us to the rental car company which is 20 mins away from the dealer. The whole procedure becomes so complicated. Since our service will be finished by a couple of hours, we haven't thought about we need to spend more than 1.5 hours to get the rental car. If we knew this, we won't get the rental car. When we at the rental car company, we decided not to get the rental car because 1.5 hours already passed by. There is no reason for us to get a car and return in less than one hour. Once the person, who works for the rental company, knew our decision, he became so rude. He dropped thing of and created some noise in front of us. This is first that we have met the customer service worst like this. We like Range Rover but their customer service is so bad that will become one of the reasons preventing us to choose Range Rover again. I have come to realize the more you pay for a car the worst the quality and service. This definitely covers my experience with Land Rover Metro West. I obtained my Range Rover from them and it's been downhill since then. Despite the fact that they were supposed to do a dealership described thorough pre-delivery inspection, multiple vehicle functions like the ambient lighting, third row seats, and vehicle air suspension did not function regularly and it took over 3 months of service bookings to get the issues resolved. After that the car worked ok for about 4-5 months until the various screens for navigation, radio, and climate would go blank while driving leaving no such functionality. You could also forget about using the voice commands as the phone and nav commands did not function. After some software re-programming and a couple more service visits functionality was restored temporarily. I am now back to the same issues again and I give up. The final straw for me was the supposed free first annual service. My service light came on in month 10. I called Metro West and they said it was time for my free first year service. They booked an appointment for me and I dropped the car off. It's really inconvenient for me to arrange service as I am busy with work. In this case when I came to pick up the car they said the service was not done as I was in advance of my 12 month in service date and that I should not have brought the car in. My service light was on and it was their dealership that said to bring in it for the first year service? That was the last time I went to Metro West and would never recommend their dealership to anyone under any circumstance. My story does not end there as any involvement with the Land Rover brand deserves a good kick in the head. I switched my service to Budds Oakville and ensured I booked my first year service after my 12 month in service date. Sounds logical? No so. When I took my Range Rover to Budds, they acknowledged that the first year service was free but that I did not qualify as I booked my appointed after the 12 month in service date. Unbelievable. I am done with Land Rover after only about 1 year of experience with the brand. If you have a lot of cash to waste on an overpriced and poor quality vehicle then Land Rover is the dance partner for you. All cars break down but my experience with Land Rover is unreal for a new car let alone that the brand does not provide supposed free service when the vehicle service light calls for service. I am going seek to transfer my lease and move to a better brand. Hope this review helps you to avoid both the brand and Metro West As a follow up from reviews left on other sites, the service manager left me a voicemail and the owner responded to my google review to contact the dealership with both referring to further investigation. Not sure what they need to investigate as they have the service records to verify everything I commented on. Nonetheless I was willing to listen as mistakes happen. I quickly came to realize that the mistake was myself even bothering to try to contact the dealership. I called 5 times and left 2 voicemail messages to Domenic Carey, the service manager, who never picked up the phone call. There was no personal voicemail. It was an automated voicemail. Regardless, the dealership never called back. From reviews on other sites, this dealership does not answer or return calls. Land Rover is a joke. The dealership Metro West is a joke. The Worst customer service! You spend 100K + on a car but then you cannot get a service appointment. Your car "service required" warning comes on, and once you finally get a call back from the service department, they tell you they have no openings for almost 2 months. Bought a top of line Range Rover Sport in 2015 and although I love the vehicle the department that is supposed to maintain your vehicle ( I thinks it's called the service department) but I wouldn't know as I have NEVER received anything that could be called service from them! Totally useless as a department! Land Rover should yank their licence! Latest crap was today. Booked 3 weeks ago for the 8 am slot to change oil and winter tires and have a FOB programmed for locks. Get there and told have to leave the truck over night or rebook appointment 2-4 weeks out as they are backlogged?? Also did not have the FOB on the work order even though I prepaid for it at parts a week ago? Last straw for me of many instances where service was simply terrible!! This is my second Range Rover from Metro West and service was good and nice there but just last week tried to call and book a service appointment and no answer so left message but no reply so 2 days later called again and left another but still no reply so decided to call the service manager and no answer so left message again and once again no reply so went to their wed site and some one live chats asked me for the information and problem and said will get back to me and guess what no reply either !!! Their service department is truly the worst I have ever encountered at any dealership ever. They are disorganized, it's impossible to get through to them most of the time, they do not call you when they say they will and often the work is not properly done. The list of issues we have had is too long to write, but suffice to say that when we were told that they needed 3 weeks to book a simple service, we ended up driving to Thornhill to have it done the next day (and they were terrific there - organized, well staffed and customer-focused). I am patiently waiting for the new Land Rover dealership to open in the west end. Such a shame when you spend a fortune on a great car and then have terrible service. Don't get me started about the fact that they send you across to rent a car instead of providing a loaner....ridiculous!!! So sorry we didn't go to Budd's instead. read more

Sadly this dealership continually disappoints. The service department is quite frankly the worst I've ever experienced. Always difficult getting an appointment and when you finally do, the service is sub par. Recently booked an appointment for a small software upgrade. Head office said it should take 2 hours to complete. When I dropped my car off at 8am I was told it would likely take all day but that someone would call with an update. At the end of the day, I ended up calling them to find out it could take as long as 2 or 3 DAYS!! Apparently the software was slow to download. Yet when I looked at my tracking app, it showed me that my car had not even been moved since I parked it on their lot at 7:51am. And this happens each and every time I take it in for service. I will not make the mistake of ever purchasing a car here again. I've owned cars from Lexus, Mercedes, and BMW and all have superior service, right from the sale of your car to the service department. My recommendation is to find yourself a different car and don't buy a Range Rover or Jaguar and certainly not from them. read more
