I contacted a few big dealers around the UK beforehand, so knew the current prices. Dagenham Motors Enfield dusted all of them by a long way. Mike Shults sorted the deal for me and proved what a big player he is. Nobly, he insisted his salesman take the credit for the deal and not him. Very generous Mike. I wanted to pick the car up on a Sunday. No problem, working to a very tight schedule salesman Sam Rowsell got it taxed,insured and some recall and PDI work done to the deadline. Top job Sam. Mike and his protege Sam just professionally got the job done. Many thanks to both. I think Ford make great cars and this is my third Mondeo. The drive to and from the garage was a pleasure. Biggest mistake of my life! I had booked my car in for a routine major service which was supposed to cost £295. But on the day of the service,I was called by the service department saying they had found another fault and this was going to cost me £300 more! As I am not a technician and the department instilled a sense of panic into me and I agreed for the extra work to be done. When I went to collect the car,I asked to examine the part they replaced and I didn't see any defect with it,but I paid the full amount of over £600! On checking the service book I was shocked that it was filled out wrongly by a supposedly qualified technician! it was then that the problems got worse and I began to suspect that the extra work I was told was needed was not actually needed. I suspected the dealership made up a non existant fault to extort more money out of me! When I raised the issue of the unnessecary work and my service book filled out incorrectly with the Aftersales Manager and the Director of the company they were simply not bothered. It seemed to me that they had got their money out of me and were not prepared to rectify matters. I had to question the fact that if a supposedly experienced technician was incompetant enough not to fill out a service book properly, how could I be sure he actually carried out the service or the supposed "repair" competantly? I bitterly regret using this Dealership and I strongly warn everyone to avoid them. I think they are crooks and conmen!!

Wish other dealers took a leaf out of their book. Never felt pressured into buying anything, was offered a choice of cars for test drives and they even sourced a personalised number plate for me. The only criticism (that I can see) is how far out of the city they are. Highly recommended if you're in the Berkshire area.

I chose Kinghams of Croydon because they use Range Rover diagnostics without the dealership price tag. I have nothing but praise for the team who have worked on my car. I was quoted a reasonable price for the repair and importantly received regular progress reports while my vehicle was with them. They even offered a replacement vehicle (terms & conditions apply) so I will definitely be recommending Kinghams to my friends and neighbours. Both my wife and myself will be returning when our cars are due a service next year.

The Renault has moved from a big site on St. Albans road. They do have a garage here offering full servicing and MOTs. Customer parking is limited to about 5 spaces. You must approach this car park on the north side or you will have to go up and around the roundabout in front of the galleria. The salesmen are typical of car salesmen.

Really quick service and excellent work. My husband who is a stickler for detail thought the work was 10/10. It is a large showroom but due to the global semiconductor shortage the showroom was short of stock. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as she graciously made me a coffee. When I looked into the cars the warranty is only three years, the anti-corrosion warranty has to have an expensive time consuming inspection each time instead of being guaranteed for twelve years like a Lexus, plus the service costs are very high as Mercedes don't give a set price for minor/major, it depends what the car tells them needs doing so in effect writing a blank cheque.

My car needed a service and mot so i phoned and got a appointment for the next morning. The staff were very friendly and polite. My car failed the mot so they called me and asked if i would like them to carryout the repairs needed in order for it to pass. They gave me a reasonable price and all the work including the re test (no charge) was completed by the next day. I normally find it intimidating going to a garage on my own but i found the whole experience great. The mechanic told me everything in simple terms the pros and cons of having the work done and a break down of the costs. The receptionist was very friendly and offered me tea or coffee while i waited and offered to have the car delivered to me if i didnt want to wait. I would definately recommend them

I rang london recovery i spoke to the receptionist they fitted me in the next day which was fantastic for me. when i arrived at london recovery i was greeted by such polite and friendly people. They carried out the service and phoned me once it was ready. They even dropped my car to my work which i thought was brilliant. The price of the service and a new exhust was extermely resonable i had been quoted by several other garages and london recovery where by far the cheapest. I was extremely happy with srevices they provided and would highly reccomened them.
