Carried everything with maximum care and very fast, no resting nor relaxing in between (you pay them by hour so BiG like for their speed). Our stuff got to the new apartment, again they carried them on the stairs. Everything got to my new house intact. Less talk and a lot of work. All this moving operation was under 2,5 hour. So happy I had someone so professional to take care of this heavy part of changing houses.

En makelaar Alfred Bakker werkte voor de koper. Bij onze taxatie heeft deze makelaar zich opgedrongen bij onze taxateur (door perse op dezelfde dag aanwezig te willen zijn). Er is mijns inziens, overduidelijk onder een hoedje gespeeld door onderling een lagere prijs te bepalen en de andere makelaar heeft zelfs de plausibiliteits verklaring opgesteld in ons rapport. Beiden ontkennen belangenverstrengeling. De zaak ligt bij NVRT en ik zal tzt een update toevoegen.
