They have a restored red 1950 Chevy truck, and it was decorated for the 4th of July. They also have a really cute silo, baby goats and chickens. Teenage daughters loved it, as did the young ones. It was really fun getting our pictures done. They do decor depending on the season, and ask will do the photography or you can rent the space and bring a photographer. After she placed the order from…read moreSouth Korea to the US, she noticed that the disclaimer said all flower deliveries would be AFTER Feb 14 - Valentine's Day. OK. So they messaged her that it would be on Feb. 15th. No delivery. Then Feb. 16th. No delivery. And so on for the month. I told her to cancel it, I was good with that. Well,on Feb. 28th, Snapp's Floral in Gower, MO received an order for B-day balloons and a card from FTD. He said he thought it was odd, so he ADDED balloons to make it seem like she got her moneys' worth and delivered them on Thursday evening, Feb 28th. After he left, I queried him on where were the flowers? I told him the story and how my daughter said she'd spent a lot of money for the flowers and just wanted it nice for me. He looked at his order and said there was nothing about flowers. We talked and then I figured that was what she eventually got. The next day, he called me back and told me he thought about it and got with FTD and explained my concern. FTD decided they needed to look into the situation to see if the on-line company was skimming the order. In the mean time, Snapp's floral decided to "make it right". They put together a beautiful B-day arrangement and brought it to me at work on a Friday night - WAY out of his normal delivery area! I feel this company went WAY out of their way to make it right for me. AND at the company's expense AND after hours AND for no reason other than customer service. This was just a totally awesome experience! I have used FTD to send flowers all over the US and Canada for years and never had a problem. I think the problem (and FTD thinks this as well) that the on-line company she used was skimming the order to increase their profits. I would recommend Snapp's Floral to anyone up here in the Northland - no matter what his delivery area usually is.... For all his thoughtfulness, he deserves the praise and the business!
