The staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I recommend getting a reservation, if you go for dinner. We went for lunch and it is the same menu as dinner. I ordered a local Dunkel beer and the currywurst sausage plate with spicy fruit sauce and a side salad. It was probably the best currywurst I have ever tasted. Even the side salad was carefully assembled with a nice dressing. My husband ordered the breaded and stuffed chicken with spinach and it was also very good. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. They also have menus in English, which was very helpful. We would comeback again. Thank you.

The muesli was excellent. It was served with quark, milk, and dried and fresh fruit. I'd never tried quark before, but it sure does beat the traditional American yogurt! My hubby got the big breakfast. I had some of his bread with the jam and it was divine. Service was friendly and spoke English.

"Kam in" (a play on words for "come in" and Kamin, the German word for fireplace) is a family run business, the resident waitress is attentive, friendly and efficient. The menu includes local fish and typical North German and Danish dishes. Some dishes such as fried potatoes (Bratkartoffel) are too salty for my personal taste, but my husband enjoys them. I recommend saying, "ohne Salz bitte" when ordering. Generous portions are good value for money. It is as well to book a table because it is well frequented.
