There computer system had canceled our Hotels.com reservation without notifying us. When we…read morearrived with our confirmation number they said they had no idea why our reservation was canceled by their computer system and they had no rooms available. We were traveling through Germany with friends. Thankfully their reservations had not been canceled. We were able to sleep on one of their pull out couches instead of in our rental car. The hotel did not do anything to compensate us. They barely apologized for the inconvenience. We had been previous guests at this hotel. Since the remodel the customer service has dropped dramatically. There was also a very loud wedding party there that Saturday night. There was no sign that the hotel tried to control their unruly guests. Needless to say this was a very disappointing and stressful part of our vacation.
