The owners are very friendly and accommodating…read more My parents stayed 6 nights here in May 2014 and the rooms were nice and big, even by American standards, and the bathrooms were really nice. The restaurants serves excellent gourmet burgers and salads. The ingredients are fresh and sauces are homemade. The restaurant is definitely better than an American burger chain and right on par with an American gourmet burger restaurant with excellent service and friendly staff.

Now, they told us everything had changed. True. It became worse. In my life, I have never seen any such service. I got myself a Latte Macciaccto, and 20 of our workshop attendants wanted to get one too - the servant said "go to the bar and get it, I am not your servant". Bye bye Contel, we will not miss you...." That aside, we were brutally overcharged. They even used my credit card without my permission. This is one of the few hotels we had our event in where the best recommendation I can give is "please do not go". Not for a meal, not for a night - and sure not for any kind of event.
