This place deserves every single accolade and five star review they've received. Originally USAA tried to send me to another shop after a little fender bender, but after looking on Yelp this is where I wanted to come. Alex from day one was absolutely fantastic. I dropped the car off but wanted it for an event that weekend, and on a Friday when I couldn't make it there to get the keys before closing he made arrangements to have the car ready for me after closing. They did the work on the car the following week, and did a fantastic job. They even discussed one or two little cosmetic things with the repair to make the car look even better. The work, the service, everything was top notch. Then, a few weeks later I was having an issue with the front license plate bracket for my car. Long story short the old one fell off after a really rough car wash adventure and I had to replace the mounting bracket and tag. For some reason with my model vehicle, you actually can't access the interior of the bumper to secure locking nuts and install the frame. Alex told me to swing in that day, literally only a few hours after I had called asking how difficult it was to pull the bumper. He advised me not to try to do it myself and my car was on a jack within five minutes of arriving. He did the work himself, which took about half an hour, pulling the bumper half off, securing the bracket and the tag, giving me washers to go with it, and when I tried to give him money he refused. I don't care where I end up living in the state of Washington in the years to come, I will make the trek to this shop unconditionally for anything that any of my vehicles need. These guys are top notch! We've brought our car here twice now, both times after being rear ended. They did excellent work, handle all the insurance, helped with the rental car and entertained my small kiddos (even gifted them toy cars from their display case) while I was switching out the car seats for the rental. This second time, Alex went above and beyond with the insurance AND helped put the car seats in and properly install them. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, kind and extremely gracious. As for the review about the dirty bathroom, I don't know what you'd expect. The bathroom is in the back of the workshop, it's not a public/client bathroom in the office. That being said the toilet was clean Additionally, if you're looking for a great place to eat, you typically go where the line is the longest, you know if everyone else is willing to wait an hour in a line around the building it must be worth it. If a place is empty and you get seated right away, while the place next door has a line of people waiting, maybe that says something about the quality. I've never been to the shop next door, but having had two excellent experiences with all about auto, I can't see why I would ever go next door. read more

Update: So, everyone is talking up this Tony guy. We had to wait 20 minutes, but there was no Tony in sight, just 2 guys who had to wait for Tony to give us pricing. The body shop next door was more organized. What is not wrong with this shop would need a book, but I will give you a summary of the summary. Car parts are placed outside the shop. Broken down cars are placed outside the shop. I saw so many Kia Souls that I felt like I was in a dealership, but with parts taken out. There wasn't enough space inside to even place expensive cars in there. I could steal a BMW or a Jeep Grand Cherokee, without getting caught. Also, the toilet was so dirty, I felt like I was in the third world. We went there on a recommendation - I just added the recommender to my blacklist. read more

He was very kind and helpful, I've never met an owner who puts 200% effort in getting things done in the right right. I brought my 2015 Toyota Camry in with driver's side damage from the front fender too the rear fender, they gave me a great quote that the insurance company could work with, Alex ( not sure if he is the owner or manager) was very professional and easy going, let me know how he would be dealing with the insurance company and how long it would take...he was spot on! Exceptional service from local family-owned and independent shop. We've been to All About Auto Collision two times in the past 2 years for rear-end accidents. We came here the first time because of a good friend's glowing review. Both times they have done a great job plus going above and beyond, repairing even more than the accident included. Two years ago, I had a nightmare dealing with the insurance's shop for the initial estimate before taking my car to Tony for the repair. When I picked it up, the repair looked great. But I noticed the driver's seat was a little loose. I don't usually drive this car, so I hadn't noticed it before. Tony said it was normal wear and tear, not accident-related. They still fixed it for me right there on the spot, tightening the bolts that attached the seat to the frame. Again this time, the insurance company wanted me to see one of their 2 chain shops for an estimate, but neither could not get in for 3 weeks. I asked if I could just go to my own shop without that long wait. Tony got me in the next day for the estimate with pictures and sent it to my insurance.  The insurance did their unseen online estimate review based on Tony's info. They left out repairing scratches on one small piece. I noticed the scratches when I picked it up and asked Tony about them. He told me the insurance denied that part (or maybe an oversight) since they did not include it on their estimate. Tony and his brother offered to fix it without charging me, whether or not the insurance paid. We are both emailing my insurance, hoping it was an oversight and they will pay for it. Since I don't drive the car, I'm honestly not sure if it was already there or part of the accident. I really appreciated Tony and the team at All About Auto Collision as they've taken exceptional care of me, going above and beyond both times I've been there. I hope it won't be anytime soon, but I will definitely be back for a 3rd time if and when I ever need them again. He is really fair & tells you exactly how the repair will go and the price breakdown. So many other repair shops try to add on a bunch of other stuff you don't need but all about auto collision is the exact opposite and only do what's best for you & your car. There are many shops to chose from when seeking the best one to fix your car with the kind of attention to detail not all body shop's offer; at least in my experience. Tony was recommended to us by a close family friend several years ago, after an unplanned incident with a post in a parking garage. To make matters worse, the car which hit the post is a unique ruby red color Lexus calls "Matador red". I had reservations about taking the car; really to any shop. Tony fixed the Lexus in such a way, where it's not possible for me or my family members to discern an incident with the post ever took place. I continue to be impressed, largely impart due to how particular the color is! A few years latter, another incident happened in a parking lot with the family's wagon...This time though, someone hit me; I wasn't worried the slightest about where to take the Volvo. read more

I got an estimate from a different place in Bellevue first for a spoiler assembly on top of an SUV that was hit by a garage door. The guy jumped up and down for exaggeration and acted like he never seen an accident before for pure effect. In contrast, I felt All About Collision was straight forward and did not try to take advantage of the situation. They were quick. All gaps and paint looked perfect and they even did a little extra at no charge. Their price was better than my other quote and they even adjusted my bill downward form the original estimate when their cost for a part on another repair on the front grill came in lower than expected...they could of said nothing. Alex and Tony are very pleasant - and they appear to do what they can to fix any issues found - but I had to take back my car three times to have them fix their work. Issues that they fixed: paint was applied without the proper prep work (it was chipping and peeling excessively; my mechanic pointed out that it was a poor paint job). Issue that they tried to fix: residue handprints left behind the passenger door window molding. Tony tried to buff them off, and it looked ok at first, but they reappeared after I washed my car. It's an obvious dull while smear on my black car. I never even brought up the fact to them that the interior of my door was dented when I got it back the first time because there was no way to prove it. I never use my back seats for cargo or people, and I detail my own car, so I personally know it was them. I hate being confrontational, so I let it be, even though it makes me sick every time I happen to see the dent. It had to have been a serious impact when the door was taken off for the paint job to make that indentation. I agree with the other reviewer that if I had a Kia, I probably wouldn't sweat it as much...but I still would have cared. Years later, I still regret my choice going to All About Auto. So my dad rams into the side of my neighbor's soft top Miata while backing out of my driveway (facepalm). So of course I'm the one stuck getting the car fixed. I hate to say I've needed to visit these guys four times in as many years, but there's a reason I've gone back after the first. Alex and Tony are super knowledgeable, professional, down-to-earth and honest about what you need (or don't need). They do a beautiful job with repairs but don't try to "upsell" anything extra; they sincerely work to give you the best experience possible. There's also another partner shop next door (Jeff's) if you happen to need more mechanical work than body work (they also do oil changes and everyday maintenance); both teams do a great job and make the experience as quick and seamless as possible. I got a hit and ran which left a big dent and paint fell off on my rear passenger seat door at the end of 2017. The car was a Toyota Yaris iA 2017. I checked out 8 different Auto Body shops around Seattle and Bellevue, each place gave a different price, but all within the thousand dollars range (The Toyota dealership repair was the worst one, a difference of $1000 dollar in repair cost compared to All About Auto Collision. They said they had to replace everything, including the door, the hell?!). A friend of mine referred me to Tony at All about auto-collision. Initially, I was concerned when the cost of repair was significantly cheaper here as the olds once said, nothing good comes at a cheap price or free. All About Auto Collision is an exception. Tony and Alex went through each stage with me and informed me the progress and what they would do with my car. Alex showed me the before & after photos of many other repaired vehicles, dated back to repairs in 2014, 2015. There, I entrusted them with fixing my new vehicle. In the end, I was not disappointed, the car looked brand new like it was just out of the dealership! Moreover, customer services from Tony and Alex are top of the line. Tony even went out of his way to clean and wax my car after the repair as some polisher was stuck on the door crest. Even though I live in Seattle, I am willing to travel to Renton just to have Tony and Alex to fix my car in the future. Definitely recommended. I had some small but problematic dents right above my rear wheel where the body has a lot of bends and contours. When I got the car back it was perfect! I knew where the damage used to be and I couldn't see it. The paint was blended and matched to the point I couldn't see that either. My daughter rear ended someone in her Sonata. The value of the car was only around 4K but it ran like a champ and just got brand new tires. We had no collision coverage and it would not make sense to pay $3000 or so to fix the body to make it look like before. I was lucky enough to find Alex and his brother at All About Auto Collision. He understood what I was trying to accomplish (getting the car fixed safe and sound at the minimum possible cost. Alex helped got me in touch with a salvage yard who was able to ship a used hood and other parts for a much lower cost than I ever hoped. Long story short my cost easy only $1200. I saved $1,700 ! Took in my wife's BMW for some minor collision repair through insurance. They handled the paperwork well and the owner is very helpful and friendly. The work was done well and they even fixed some prior body work that was done incorrectly. Using Yelp, I sent a request for quote out to a specific auto shop for specialized mechanical work. Unbeknown to me, Yelp "shotgunned" my request to many shops, including ones who would clearly not do the type of work I needed. All About Auto Collision (AAAC) is one of the shops Yelp sent to that would not do mechanical work. Tony and Alex are A.Mazing. I had a broken tail lamp and they mentioned if I ordered a new one and brought my car in they could pop the new one in right away. It took them 10 minutes from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends, coworkers, and family as they always put my concerns as priority. Even if my concerns were minor. We have a very narrow one-car garage, and recently, pulled in a little too close to the right side, creating a nice, long white paint transfer onto our 2007 Benz. Ouch! I thought, "Crap! This will cost at LEAST a thousand-bucks!" Our mechanic recommended AAAC, so I brought it in yesterday. Alex came out, took one look, and said he'd be right back. Armed with a rubber glove, some paint thinner and a clean rag, he completely erased all of the evidence within minutes. He refused any payment. Wow! This sort of thing still happens??? I could not be happier with my experience with All About Auto Collision. I met AAAC after my car met a parking garage pillar. I arrived for a drive-in estimate, where Alex greeted me and went over what needed to be done to repair the damage. He gave me an estimate within minutes and took time to explain it to me, and didn't pressure me to schedule (I work different days each week and had to wait for a good time for me to be carless/AAAC is weekdays only). He also worked with me to make the estimate fit my budget, and my quote was $800+ less than the two other auto body places I had visited for this issue. When the time came to service my car, dropping off was super easy - I came after work, and Alex drove me to the Landing so I could wait for my ride to pick me up (I live pretty far away) and get a little shopping done at the same time! I dropped off on a Wednesday and got a call Friday morning that the car was done. It looked like the accident had never happened! They had also cleaned my car inside and out, and touched up all the other little nicks and scratches on the car (they had asked my permission first and explained the process, so of course I said yes!). Alex discussed what all had been done, and then I was on my way. Alex and his crew were amazing throughout this experience. They really cared about me and my car, and helped me make the repairs work both financially and with my schedule. I will be coming to them for all my car's auto body needs in the future - no more shopping around. I've found the best auto body service in the Seattle area. Tl;dr: Alex and his crew are awesome, treat you like family, keep you in the loop throughout the entire experience, and make a bad situation loads better. They worked with me to make the price of repairs fit my budget. My car looks like the accident never happened, and they added in complimentary touch up work throughout the body to make my car look great. Amazing service. We came in after a fender bender misaligned our frame. Dealt primarily with Alex, and they were totally willing to do exactly what was needed and what we wanted (an older car, we didn't want to worry about the cosmetic fixes i.e. replacing the rear bumper). The car was finished in less than a day, Tony worked on it, and even though we didn't ask or pay for it, he straightened out the bumper and made sure everything was working perfectly. I'm so happy with the service, they definitely have our loyalty. *note: very limited parking and a super tight turn around. Comments below are dead on, well... with the exception of F J., which I think this person was clearly confused and was looking for a high-end motel/hotel, LMAO. I mean, the place is a body shop so not sure what he/she was expecting. The comments are unhelpful and confusing. I think it is abusive to use this platform to make comments about bathroom experiences rather than the services that were provided. All I can say is I brought my very damage Porsche Cayenne for repairs. Alex had gone above and beyond, completely transformed my SUV into a beautiful, shiny, sexy machine that's almost unrecognizable, in a very good way.
