I have tried getting in contact with them and letting them know how to serve people properly and they refuse to do it . When they are told how to legally serve someone they get offended and threaten to file police reports for harassment when all we really want to do is be served properly. Papers in our hand or the mail! It is not hard to knock on somebody's front door and hand them papers or mail them, even easier! Not to mention they leave portions of papers out that are very important to the people being served.
