We needed some work done on our golf cart, and to my surprise I was immediately connected to the service department who asked if they could come to our house and pick the cart up right away. Even more impressive was the speed at which the work was done, and then, as friendly as can be, the cart was delivered back to our home (almost 45 minutes from their store) with a smile. A shout out to the team that worked on the cart and the kind gentleman, I believe his name was Phuong, who delievered it with care. They even polished it up while it was there. When I corrected him about the details of our conversation, which only regarded how much room there was to turn his truck and trailer around, he asked me if I was calling his wife a liar. The only way that would be possible were if she had told him that she clarified the cleanliness of my lane with me. How could I be calling her a liar if he was standing next to her listening to the conversation?? Little fella wanted an extra $200 from me so he could clean his tires. Not happening, he got to go back with his new mud and loss of a customer. The owner is a very high strung and unstable individual with a tendency to lie.

Some tee boxes were a little rough but the greens and fairways were well groomed. As first time players, not too many blind shots so we could manage the course. The forward tees were around 4800 yards which is a little shorter than usual but still provided challenges and allowed me to actually have a shot at hitting the green in regulation. We played as a twosome and were behind several 4-somes but still played in under 4 hours. It was an incredibly hot day and I appreciated the trees for shade as we waited to tee off. We enjoyed this course very much and hope to come back again.

Had a golf ball hit a windshield where the hole is lined up right next to the road with no netting or any warnings about how their golf course is lined right next to a very busy road with no protection whatsoever, the clubhouse told me to call the owner Farrell so I did and before I could even explain to him what happened to ask what the process was he immediately started yelling in the phone "who gave you my number!" And "maybe you should be a better golfer" (for context I've broken 80 multiple times, I'm not the worst golfer) he the goes on to mention how this year alone 20+ windshields have been broken on the hole which proves that there needs to be some sort of warning or protection. Even though all the laws and everything supports them being at fault he just continued to yell through the phone (very professional) I didn't want to leave the lady with a broken windshield so I paid for it anyways because he wasn't going to, I didnt call for them to pay for it, I just called him because this obviously happens all the time and I jus wanted to know what to do in the situation. The owner then started puffing his chest on the phone talking about how he can beat me in golf, it's honestly laughable the way he acted as an old old man. The carpet was dirty, there was puke in the bathroom, some of the stalls were clogged and didn't even work. The owner was absolutely rude and basically called us liars, said we didn't make a deposit and he could've made more money booking the room for a home Husker game. I would not recommend hosting a party at this venue! Sad for South Sioux City to have owners treat customers so poorly.
