Wish I could give less than 1 star. Worst customer service with Savannah and Adrien. Had an issue with my title which I owned and admitted and still Adrien gave nothing but attitude. Worst company to deal with. 5 times reaching out for information with no response. After calling in for 5th time was greeted with an attitude and an "I can't help you" attitude by Adrien. I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0. This company is by far the WORST financial institution I've ever had to deal with. We sold a boat, and the buyer used this credit union for his financing. Somehow even though HE was financing through them WE had to do all the work - and they asked for absolutely ridiculous information for his loan! They were unresponsive, ignored phone calls, and ignored our questions through the entire process. Then when it came time for us to sign the titles they made it very complicated and wouldn't mail them - even though we live 3 hours from the branch! They made us drive 6 hours roundtrip for a signature. read more

Got a great rate for a year on my home equity line of credit, then after the year was up it was still 3.99% which was 1.5% lower then with my last bank was offering. They were real helpful in the process and very transparent with everything. Thanks Landmark for saving me lots of money! read more
