They state the reason as being able to continue to provide the great service, but form what I see, nothing has changed in the last couple of years other than the cost rising, service remains unchanged, so why so many increases. If this is how they treat valued customers, maybe its time to consider moving on. Kind of like Bell, sign up and every three to four months there is an increase, maybe that's the plan.
