The clothes are designer and very good quality. I do like to have a look even if to just get some ideas for outfits i can put together at a more reasonable price. I dont have anything against designer stores they are great when you have money to spend. The reason for the low marks are the staff, who tend to be arrogant, rude, alouf and unhelpful. It is worth a look when the sales are on a i have picked up a few designer bargain, if you can bear the staff that is.

Lauren is a cheerful and helpful girl who knows her stuff! Everything is well presented in an attractive and appealing way, with all kinds of very affordable accessories to go with the outfit of your choice. My daughters too benefit from Impact's selection of fashionable and wearable clothes, making it so much easier for me to dress them rather than heading off into a hot, crowded shopping centre!

Although a small shop they carry upto date branded fashion, bags, shoes, boots, accessories and jewellery. On the bad side this shop is pricey the Emu boots i paid les then £100 on the web were nearly £200 Its worthwhile having a look though as some of the more boutique type clothes they have are more individual and worth a look
